Psalm 139:1-6
It's rather late tonight, so I'm going to focus on a comforting passage from Psalm 139.
Sometimes we feel as though no one really "gets" us or understands us. Well, that's not true. Also, we may not let people know us completely for various reasons. These verses teach us that God knows everything about us, even our thoughts and our words before we say them! He goes before us and after us, and He places His hand of blessing on our heads.
"Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; too great for me to understand!" v. 6 It really should bring us peace and confidence to know that God loves and accepts us as His children even though He knows everything about us. This is truly unconditional love!
